Problem with transaction

Hello, I have a problem, person from Argentina can't send me money, and the message "This action is not supported by your account" is displayed. I'm from Ukraine, is it possible to solve this problem?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country.
Unfortunately the sender of your funds is either not using the friends/family option OR does not have that option in their country.

However its against paypal rules to use the friends/family option to sell items or services as you can't do commercial transactions in the Ukraine or receive goods/services payments.
