Paypal wont let me use my new card for pay in 3

Hi i have a paypal pay in 3 set up and have made the first payment however my card was used fraudulently and i had to cancel it and get a new one but now Paypal wont let me use the new one to pay the bill or my credit card. I have checked all the expiration and card number, it’s correct, they wont let me use it ! How am i supposed to pay the bill , I have also tried to add money to my wallet with the same card and it still wont let me ! I don’t have any other cards but I bet if I did they wouldn’t work either! I don't want to have a debt because paypal wont let me pay it !

Ok I done it , by linking my bank account.
