I had a Negative Balance of -12.02€ but when I tried to resolve it by transfering money directly from Bank account to Paypal account, Paypal was giving me a "Transaction Failed" error. Because my Bank had money and I wouldnt figure out why this happened, I decided to find another workaround: ask a friend send me -12.02€ of their own money to resolve my Negative Balance. So did my friend, and the Negative Balance was resolved. However, a day later, I was notified that Paypal withdrew 12.02€ from my Bank even though I had no longer a Negative Balance! Paypal shouldn't have taken the additional 12.02€ from my Bank. I am trying to figure where the money has gone. I can't find these 12.02€ on my Paypal Account's Balance, nor are they returned to my Bank Account yet. Three days have passed already since that transaction. I tried to contact the Paypal Customer Support but I am getting the message from the bot "No Customer Support Agents are available at the moment" for the past 3 days.
