Paypal told me I received a payment but I am not able to access it.

I received an email from Paypal confirming I had received funds (see below). But when click on the "Accept the Money" button it tells me it has trouble logging me in and try again later, but then it shows me logged in with my email address
When logged in, no funds are there, and it has no record of the transaction ID 48Y48442U4055240W
So, where did the money go that was sent to me, and why can't I find it?

The Customer Service did not help me on a similar problem. Client paid me through Paypal.me on his end its confirmed on my end there is nothing
