Paypal charged 1$ for each clicks while the transaction were not success

Dear Sir/Madam, 

Today I tried to make the payment for Fastview software through Paypal. 

Unfortunately, there were 7 unsuccessful transactions, each transaction Paypal charged me 1$ (in total 7$) due to the 2CO.COM check out through Paypal. 

I would like to claim it to Paypal to refund it. 

Please, help me to refund it.

You don’t need to claim. The holds will be released on it’s own.
