I accidentally paid a person with the goods and service option and wanted to do it with the family and friends option, How can I change it or is it necessary to change it if he gets the money.
Firstly if you paid for an item or service never use the friends/family option, it negates your buyer protection, is against paypal rules and may lead to an account limitation as paypal randomly check f/f payments.
Secondly when he received your goods/services payment he would have been charged a fee, unfortunately even if he refunded that fee would not be returned as part of any refund made.
