Luckily it isn't a whole load of money, but it does still kind of stink.
I got the email saying that my money was sent to my paypal account, so I go to double check (and move it to my bank as I usually do) and realize that my balance isn't updated. I'm confused because in my Activity it said 'Payment received." My account isn't on hold or anything either. I've been troubleshooting for about 45 minutes, thinking that maybe I should wait a bit, but it still hasn't updated my balance.

Same here. I tried calling into customer support and it gives a weird automated message about a Google portal and not being licensed. The money I received was for gas so I could get to work!

I am having the same issue. Two transactions both in USD. Different senders. States money is received, but the balance has not updated.

Same here. I got the same issue and the same message on customer service. The chat AI bot chat isn't working either. Nothing is working and it takes so much to get in touch with an actual human being (which you never do because the AI bot lady doesn't understand a thing I say).

I'm same in uk received £150 had email to say its been received but not showing in my balance to transfer it to bank. Chats down tried phone but got nowhere.
