zettle payment qr code results in not found link

I have a new Zettle setup and the Card and Tap-to-Pay are working properly.  Whenever I try to process a PayPal or Venmo payment it always results in a 404 not found when the customer scans the generated QR code.  I'm probably missing something in the configuration, but haven't been able to find anything in the documentation/support to help.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
