Money never received

My friend sent me money through friends and family. Usually I get an email and log into PayPal to confirm to receive the money before transferring it to my bank account. Its showing that I received even though I never confirmed. It doesn't show on my PayPal balance either. Its saying my balance is zero. There's no activity showing a balance transfer to my bank account either.

Same here. I tried calling into customer support and it gives a weird automated message about a Google portal and not being licensed. The money I received was for gas so I could get to work! A lot of people are posting about this issue this morning

I have the same problem and experienced this when I rang customer service. The Message bot is no help either

I am having the same issue. Two transactions both in USD. Different senders. States money is received, but the balance has not updated.
