Payment sent to wrong email

The survey company paid viewpoint sent my 15.00 payment to the email I can't get it so I asked them if they can cancel the payment and resend to the right email and they told me they couldn't ask PayPal if they can help this isn't fair how do i get my money.... aggravated

Firstly can you add and confirm your email address to your paypal account? You can have up to 8 email addresses on the 1 paypal account and receive funds on all of them, if you can then the funds should come with it.

 

Secondly if not then ask what it says on the senders paypal account. If unclaimed with a cancel option then cancel it, if there is no cancel option which is more likely then it should time out at 30 days, then they can send it again to the correct email address.
