Payment hold

I am not a regular PayPal user but my account is 2 years old. I received a payment from my Client for my freelance work, they've put that in hold for 21 days, asking for a tracking number to release it sooner but there isn't any tracking number so what should I do now as I need the amount immediately

Thanks for the suggestions but I already went through these, the problem is neither of it can help my amount get released before 21 days as it's their "security measures". Their R&D team needs to sit and look at alternative solutions so that users don't get problem with their money being held for 3 weeks just because user didn't do transactions for a while. Not everyone gets freelance projects everyday or week
