How to withdraw money to Ukranian bank account?

I have my PayPal account which is registered with my Spain address (so PayPal recognizes me as a Spain user). In order to withdraw money to my Ukranian bank account I have to link this bank to my PayPal account. When I click on the Link Bank button it asks me to provide an IBAN number and choose a country from the list, the problem is there is no Ukraine in the list of countries.

The question is - is there a way to link my Ukranian bank account if I have PayPal registered with Spain address?

P.S. my personal account is registered in Israel, however, I am asking on behalf of my mother's account which is registred in Spain.

You have a personal account registered in Israel, so is the account you are posting with not the account you are talking about?

Then it may be helpful to include that information in your opening post?

In that post you clearly stated that 'you' had a paypal account registered in Spain etc.

All helpers check where you are registered to give accurate advice, so not giving accurate information means less time to help others with their issues.

Thank you for joining PayPal's Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion transferring funds and adding a bank on your mom's PayPal account. Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to add a Ukrainian bank to an account registered in Spain. Normally, the bank account must be from a bank located in the same country as the PayPal account. In some countries, a US bank account can also be used.

Hi! Thanks for your reply! ok, got it. There is one more question - since my mom also has Ukranian residency, would it be possible to register (new) PayPal as a Ukranian account and link it to withdrawal with a Ukranian bank? Does it make sense?

Welcome back. Great question! We would only recommend creating an account in a country which you are currently located and residing in. If she is living in Ukraine currently, then yes, her best option is to create a Ukrainian PayPal account. If she is in Spain, she would want to use a PayPal account registered in Spain.
