Payment getting declined everything is verified

I don't no what happened to my account i can't pay anyone with my paypal id it's getting declined. Everything is verified how do i solve this issue?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had recently while sending money. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. If you've verified that there are no suspicious charges in your account, please try the payment again at a later time by clearing the cache and cookies or try using a different browser or device. If the issue persists, please check the Resolution Center to see if there are notifications regarding your account status.

Me, too. There is nothing to resolve! PayPal has not connected me to an agent who I requested to speak to. I get recurring text messages! Losing money as weeks ticked by.

I'm sorry you're running into some road-blocks contacting our support. Have you tried contacting our Support Teams via Twitter DM or Facebook PM? I would recommend those methods if using our other methods aren't working for you.

It sounds like your account has been limited - is that right? I can certainly understand how frustrating account limitations can be. Normally, you should see the steps needed to resolve a limitation in the Resolution Center. You can read more about Resolving a limitation here.

I'm Still getting payment declined what to do? I'm trying to pay host fees and every attempt is failed when i enter otp im getting redirected to loggin page of paypal I've tried all things mobile browser, Mobile app, web browser cleared cache browser history does paypal stopped service in India?

I didn't get anything that can help and I need your help on this issue cause it has been two months now!! My payment is rejected from Upwork to PayPal

I have tried to contact Upwork support but what they told me as a solution is to contact PayPal but nothing is happens as solutions.....

I have done it before using the same account but now I don't even understand what is the problem
