I made a payment to another country and for a couple month the payment was shown as: -400USD in the "activity" section. The other person didn't received the money. Afterwards that payment disappeared out of nowhere. Why this payment disappeared?
Hard to advise with 0 information. You haven't even said which country you are in / country of recipient / option you chose to send the funds / funding source linked to paypal you used etc.
