As im now overseas on a mission i dont have access to my home country mobile number. and paypal require me to verify my mobile number. i need to pay some invoices. i really confused because the resolution center dosnt allow me to send a ticket also "call us" end the call by nothing effective.
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. So you should not try using your country specific paypal account internationally as paypal varies a lot country to country.
