Payapl to GCash transfer did not reflect on wallet

I tried transferring from Paypal to GCash today via GCash app. The amount was deducted but I have not received the amount on my GCash wallet. Is it normal? Should I wait before contacting customer service?

I am sorry to know that you still haven't received the funds and I understand how important it is for you to have the funds on time. Transfer made via PayPal are processed immediately, but it may take 24-48 hours for the funds to appear in your GCash wallet. You will receive a notification in your GCash Inbox when the funds have been added. If the transaction status shows as completed on you PayPal account, kindly contact Gcash team to know the status of the transfer on their end and discuss about disbursement.
