Limitations on account

I have no limitations on my accounts (nothing in the resolution centre).
I have tried, repeatedly to transfer funds from my bank account (which I have done previously without issue) to my paypal wallet.
Each time I try to do this, I get an error message "this transcation cannot be completed at this time, please try again later".
I am not sure why I am getting this error.
Is there a limit of how many transcations I can do in a week?
What is the standard procedure to get this changed?

I do understand that you have an issue with making transactions. Please refer to this article to get help with your concern www.paypal.com/cshelp/article/help408 . For additional assistance, you can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
