PayPal says transaction complete but it’s not in my bank

I withdrew money 5 days ago to go to linked account. I have received emails from PayPal that the transactions are complete and should be in my bank. It’s been 5 days now and I still haven’t received the transfers. I can’t figure out how to make a complaint about this as there’s no option for it in the help centre.

I understand your concern about the withdrawal not posting in your bank account. It usually takes 1-5 Business days for the funds to reach your bank account. If the bank encounters any error, it may reverse the funds to your PayPal balance. If its been more than 5 days and the funds are not in your bank account, please reach out to PayPal Support team to get this checked further. You can find the contact options to reach the support here
