PayPal confirm account

I want to send money from the US to New Zealand to a party who made a request for payment. I started to but must wait for 3 biz day until PP confirms my accnt via small deposit and withdrawal. According to note from PP it was going to be 3 biz days. Todays seven days and deposit hasn't been done by PP. Is it normal?

I understand your concern about not receiving the deposits to complete the confirmation process of your bank account. You need to confirm your bank account before initiating the payments. It usually takes 2-3 Business days for the deposits to reach your bank. As you're not seeing any deposits, you can request them for a second time. You can also contact your bank to get the deposits. Thank-you, yes I've been in touch with the bank several times after 3 days passed so I'll ask PP to resend deposits
