Why is my bank account a checking one?

How do I change my linked BPI bank account from a checking into a savings account?? I saw that you could email PayPal for help a few years ago, but it seems you aren't able to now. What are other ways to contact them?

To find your available contact options, click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. If the listed options are not suitable, you can instead reach out to PayPal's Social Media Customer Service team via private message on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Please make sure not to give any sensitive information such as your bank account number via any Social Media platform.
