I loaded my PayPal wallet after having multiple issues with updating information on PayPal Credit. I paid my Credit account with my balance and went on with my weekend. A few days later I get an email saying it was rejected at 1:08pm and another email at 1:30pm saying it was accepted. The amount left my wallet immediately when i paid and has not been returned to my wallet. The credit service team said they have heard of that before but my payment must have been returned from my bank. It wasn't, I have statements to prove it. I can't find a way to contact PayPal about the credit card payment as I guess they are separate? Not sure where to upload my proof either!?
