Not able to recieve payments, saying "Sorry, this recipient can't accept payment right now"

Added the Bank Account successfully, also done the KYC and other things like confirming phone no and email-id.
But when someone tries to send me the payment, PayPal shows "Sorry, this recipient can't accept payment right now"

Can anyone please help to resolve this issue.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving funds. Have you checked your Resolution Center for any steps that need to be completed? If there's anything there, I'd recommend checking there first. If you're still running into issues after that, try sending your buyer an Invoice to see if that helps.
