In placed an order and received my invoice where the seller was paid in full but I am paying over 4 payments (which I wanted). The seller name is listed on the invoice as well as a tracking number. The tracking number goes to USPS which says they have not received any information from the sender. On PayPal, there is no contact info for for the company which I am now questioning because it was for a Christmas present but the seller name is: Zhengzhi Consulting Management Co., Ltd.
How can I get help with this?

I am having the exact same problem with Zhengzhi Consulting Management Co., Ltd.. Placed an order with them and tracking number is no good. Have not found any way to contact them. Just started using Paypal and struggling to figure out how to file a claim.
