Need help from PayPal in writing to get Prolific cashouts

Hi, I am trying to cashout from my Prolific account but it says I can't cashout.

I opened a ticket with their customer service and they have asked me to get an email from PayPal stating that my account is in correct standing and its all verified to receive payments.

Please help me with this email @PayPal.
