I can't get my money from Prolific.com It is being marked as cash out already in progress

I have had an account with Prolific.com for a long time, with Paypal as the payment processor but haven't been able to cash out since April 24. My cashouts are being marked as already a cashout in progress. Nothing seems to be going to Paypal though. I am not the only one dealing with this issue. Do I have to do something different on this end in order for the payments to go through again?

This is happening to me also. Have had no problems cashing out every 24 hours since last year.

Was your issue resolved and how long did it take?

I am having the same problem, started 15 March 2024 fed up contacting Prolific but they finally sent me an email saying the problem lies with PayPal rather than them and to get PayPal to investigate  - so I tried this using the messaging function which didn’t get me anywhere as they came back with  once your account is confirmed ?? (It is) so have emailed to see if I get a better response. Absolutely fed up with this carry on which I think all started with allowing studies to be paid in US dollars as my PayPal wasn’t set up to allow this as I had been receiving payments up until this point.
