Unable to receive Prolific cashout payments

I am not receiving payments from Prolific.co which are in GBP and coming from a foreign account. They keep sending payments through but they are not coming in on my end from Prolific cashouts. Prolific is claiming that there is not a problem on their end but to ask PayPal. I have tried setting my account to receive foreign payments and added GBP to my currency. Not sure what else to do since the payments never show up and I never get an email from PayPal about receiving money.

Welcome! Thanks for joining PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving money from Prolific. Normally, you would just need a Confirmed email address to receive payments through PayPal. However, you may also need to Verify your account depending on where the funds are coming from.
