My refund says sent to undefined.

I have 7 refunds on 2 accounts, all say that the refund was sent to undefined. I've never received my refund after 3 months.

I am sorry to know that you have not received the refund and I completely understand your situation if I were in your shoes. In general, all refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. It usually takes up to 5 working days for a refund to be completed on the bank. However, on the card, some refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on the card company. Since it's been 3 months, please reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can help you trace the refund. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
