My Paypal Payment got declined and it says "verify"

I choose Paypal as my payment method for apple and in-app purchases. I wanted to purchase something but it stops and paypal says "verify" and "your last purchase was declined". It was not. It was working fine alle the time. What can i do about it? I was contacting Apple Support but they said it was at Paypal's end.

Hello @enyabrk,
Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.
It sounds like you need to verify your PayPal account before the payment can go through. This is an extra layer on security on your PayPal account.
If you click on the 'verify' message it should give to steps to complete in order to complete the verification process.

heyy, no, that's not it. after clicking on it it says "your last payment got declined. visit the website or edit your payment info." I already verified it months ago. I used this payment method all the time but now it doesn't work anymore.
