International regulations error

I keep getting an error regarding declined transaction due to international regulations. Can anyone assist on how to clear this?

Hi, I do not use a VPN however I don’t know what I have done but the payment went through. I went through every menu item and then tried again and it worked. But thanks you for taking the time to respond to me.

I have just had this issue. It seems that PayPal are requiring account holder to reverify their identity and if you don’t (although no email was sent to me to do this!) they decline transactions. I contacted an agent through their message service (on the Contact Us page), which is a AI Bot, but just say you want to connect with a live agent. Was handled quite quickly.
