Revolut is a UK banking company that let me transact on holiday in USD, EUR as well as GBP.
I added my Revolut Visa Debit card to PayPal, and was able to withdraw in GBP okay.
PayPal lets me change the currency of my card, so I changed it to EUR, and tried to withdraw 2 EUR, but it failed
Likewise I changed it to USD, and tried to withdraw, and it also failed.
So we know the card is valid, as it did withdraw GBP. I spoke to Revolut, and they said the transaction never arrived, that means it was never sent by PayPal.
Has anyone found a way to withdraw in USD or EUR to Revolut or another UK visa debit card?
