I can't receive money via my PayPal.

Hello, I opened a PayPal account a while ago. I linked my card about 2 weeks ago. However, I can't receive payments because the sender receives a message "We can't process this payment". But if I use a friend's account to receive the payment, it goes through on the sender's end. What could be the problem? I literally cannot receive any payment via my paypal.

You don't need to sign anything that link was for your information especially the section on RECEIVING FUNDS.

The bit where it tells you to add a VISA CREDIT CARD.
