I can not retrieve my Funds after Waiting 180 days, Please help me

I keep getting an error message when I want to transfer my funds, I can't add a bank account and the money is just hooked.
Please Help me get my funds out

You can only withdraw to a visa credit card using the auto-withdraw option by paypal.

You can't add a local bank account.

You can however in most countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your Paypal account. This is because Paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for U.S citizens working in other countries.

Thank You for your response, The account I am trying to add is a US bank and its keeps showing the error I told you about.
I don't mind transferring to another PayPal account but they won't even allow that.

They still request that I add a Bank and not a credit card... but even at that, I keep getting error trying to add a US bank.

Did you open the U.S bank account whilst you were in the U.S?

Only Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).

Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
