Hi admin, I transferred money to a gmail account using the Paypal app, but then I discovered that the recipient had not created a Paypal account so he could not receive the money. Therefore, I canceled the transaction on Paypal, and on the app it also shows that I have completed the cancellation. However, I still haven't received the money to my bank. Please let me know how long it will take for me to receive the money.
That would depend on which country you are in. As you haven't said OR added it to your community profile then all I can advise is give it a few days. Funds can't do a u-turn, they have to process through to paypal and then back to your bank account.
