How do I cancel a subscription from a vendor that no longer exists?

I subscribed to a premium membership on Picarto six years ago, but I don't use the site anymore. The website still charges me $15 a month, however, and it's impossible to cancel it. There is no way to do so on Picarto itself; the help portal tells me to go to the site of the *owner* of Picarto, 3Logic GmbH, to cancel it there. However, that site doesn't work either, every page is a 404 error. I'm unable to get into contact with anybody working for Picarto or 3Logic, either. I can't even report it on PayPal either because none of the issues it provides matches with what I'm dealing with.

 

They practically rob me every month and there is nothing that I can do about it. I can't afford to keep this subscription anymore, this shouldn't be legal! Is there anyway to solve this??

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
