I can see this is a common problem on the PayPal platform and I can see several posts asking the solutions to the exact problem. Yet, nobody from PayPal seems to have explained the cause of the error and more importantly, the solution.
Can somebody let me know how I can add a valid tracking number without having the error message "That's an invalid transaction."?
