I have had a PayPal account for years and have used it for online purchases. I recently needed a loan from a friend who doesn't have a PayPal account and I asked him to login to my PayPal and fund my account. That didn't work as there was no option to credit the PayPal account. The only option was to transfer out. So for me to be able to send the funds out, I created a new PayPal account. Funds were successfully sent but now they're on a 21 day hold in my account. What's when I try to link my debit card to PayPal I receive an error asking me to try another card. I can't make payments on PayPal from my new account, I can't access the money I've received and I can't link cards. As usual, support from PayPal has been close to nonexistent. Can someone her please assist
