I'm trying to hit the page where I can see an overview of my Subscriptions. The page refuses to load, regardless of what browser I use. It just hangs. It won't even allow me to close the page--it's totally frozen.
This error repeats many times in Console as the page tries to load: The resource at “https://www.paypalobjects.com/billingstatic/images/error.png” preloaded with link preload was not used within a few seconds. Make sure all attributes of the preload tag are set correctly.
There appears to be nowhere to report this technical error.

Yes, we are seeing the same issue. I see a 504 error in the Developer Console related to this:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 Gateway Timeout ()

Anyone from #PayPal able to help with this?

We have the same problem. Two subscriptions have failed to collect and been cancelled by paypal, even though the customer did not want this. When we try to go into manage the subscriptions we just get this spinning thing and then it times out. Other things are working on paypal but subscriptions are broken - how do we fix it?
