Hello everyone.  I have a personal account based in Thailand which I stopped using for 4 months.  I restarted and my account is limited to 10,300 baht a month.  This is 1-2 days of sales.  We have over a year of previous history of over one million baht in sales but it seems this accounts for nothing and we are treated as a new account.  I understand this.  However when looking at PayPal for help we are told it can be raised
1) After a certain amount of transactions
2) After a certain value of transaction
3) Time without a claim
So my question is  how many sales?  We do 10 a day so have 300 in a month. How much in transactions?  We are allowed 5% of our monthly sales transactions the rest are on hold for 21 days

Also they say when the account is able to be extended to click the button found under the 'money' tab.  There is no money tab on a Thailand personal account.

All Paypal does is copy and paste telling me to fill in the tracking details (for a non physical product) or press get my money sooner which I have done 270 times already.  I have PayPal in two other countries who do not do all this but these other accounts steal 10% in fees to convert the currency

Hello @orawancm

Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've been running into some issues recently with payment holds or reserves. I can certainly understand how concerning they must be. To answer your first question on 'how many sales / transactions", that may vary from account to account. If you don't see that information in your Account Summary, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. They may be able to advise you a bit further there.

In regard to your second concern with the Money tab, you are correct there is no Money tab in a Personal account. Apologies for the misunderstanding. You should be able to see any options available to release your future transactions sooner in your Account Summary as well.

Best wishes with your future transactions!
