How long for payment ive sent to appear

I have gust sent $190 to an email based in the USA, i am in the UK

 

i sent it via goods and services for an item i require, the seller wants to ship straight away but is saying he hasnt received payment and i should dispute.

 

i used a credit card linked to my paypal to pay. should i wait or dispute it

Double check the email address you sent the funds to and make sure it was correct without any spelling errors.

Secondly what does it say on the transaction in your paypal account?

Hi. Email was correct and other party confirmed it befor I sent the payment.

If you are sure the email was correct then check with customer services..........

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
