Fiverr Withdrawal Issue: "Refused by Service Provider"

I am writing to report an issue with a recent withdrawal attempt from a freelance marketplace. When I tried to withdraw my funds, I received an error message stating "Refused by service provider."

I contacted the freelance marketplace support about the problem, and they advised me to reach out to PayPal.

I have already tried to withdraw my money with another PayPal account 2 times and I have got the same problem.

You need to add a credit visa card in your country to allow the receipt and auto-withdrawal of your funds.
