Hello everyone, I hope someone can help us with the issue we are currently facing.
We made two withdrawals from our PayPal account to our Mashreq Bank account in the UAE. However, these two transactions are now missing and have not arrived in our bank. I have been in contact with someone at the bank and even met with a higher-level representative, but after an investigation, they still could not find the missing funds. PayPal has provided a reference number, but it is not working. The bank is asking for an MT103 to trace the funds or proof of the transaction that shows the funds were actually sent to our bank.
PayPal should be able to provide transaction details, but they keep sharing a reference number that does not work. I asked the PayPal to escalate the issue to someone in a higher position, but they are unwilling to do that. They can only provide the reference number, which, as mentioned, is not helpful. It has been two months now, and we are still unable to locate the missing funds. Could anyone please advise on what steps we can take to resolve this issue and track down the missing money? How would anyone on here be able to help you if your bank and customer services at Paypal can't?
I gave you the link for customer services as only they can help you, if they have not or can't help then not a lot we can do about that one is there !!!

If you can't help and can't say anything useful, please don't say anything anymore. Relax and mind your own business. We are asking people who have experienced this same issue, as they might already have a solution. Again, please don't respond. You are not being helpful.

Yeah strangers on a worldwide help forum are really going to know how to trace your missing money, far more than your bank will know won't they???
