One of my American clients sent me a payment right after they got their services since I have a results before pay policy. I don't understand why the funds should be on hold. I'm a small business trying to make a decent living. If the client contacts paypal, would it help us release the funds?
-NUMBER ONE, YOUR TRANSACTION FEE IS TOO **bleep**ING HIGH AND YOU CHARGE IT RIGHT AWAY EVEN BEFORE THE FUNDS GET RELEASED!!!
-YOU DO NOT LET THE CLIENTS KNOW ABOUT THE 21-DAY HOLD FOR NEW **bleep**ING USERS!!!

Fees are available to read before you decide to use paypal, if you don't like them then don't use paypal maybe?
Secondly I don't help folks that are rude so suggest you use HELP to access information on your hold.
