Donate button in UKRAINE

Hi, I'm from Ukraine and i created donate link, can other people donate me via donate link or this function is disabled in Ukraine?

Sorry, the only option to receive money in Ukraine is strictly through the friends and family option. No donation buttons, no freelancing, no eCommerce. No goods and services transactions. Even before the war, Ukraine accounts can send money or buy online only. Unable to receive payments. But because of the war, PayPal changed their service to allow friends and family payment to be received/sent from Ukraine.
