Do I need to link a debit or credit card or will just a bank be enough?

Do I need to really link a debit or credit card to my account if I already have a bank linked to my account. It is because it is rejected by debit card and I have no credit cards. Paypal is holding my wages and I want to avoid this in the future.

Hello @Lycanis,

Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!

I understand your concern about the adding financials and sorry to know about the payment hold on your account. Yes, your linked bank account should be enough to withdraw funds after the payment has been released. Whenever you receive the payment via goods/services you’ll have access to your pending payment after a maximum of 21 days, to ensure a safer and more secure environment. If you want to avail the funds on your PayPal account, please check this article to know how to have your funds released sooner. If you have any concerns, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking on the help and contact option at the bottom of the page on our website.

Good Luck,
Ayesha
