Dispute Closed Wrongly

This is a long history.....
On May 16, I bought a gearbox for my car from a dealer in Spain. Right after the purchase, the problems started. Even though the dealer said that after payment the part would be sent the same day, it took them 10 days to send me the part, which was finally delivered. After installing it in my car the gearbox had problems in third gear, I contacted the seller who started creating problems so I opened a dispute on PayPal, even after giving numerous proofs that the seller was not honest PayPal gave me 10 days to send the product back, and then my biggest problem began.

With the box installed in the car, my mechanic wouldn't be able to remove it in time for it to be shipped and delivered back to the seller within the 10 days. I asked PayPal several times for an extension to the deadline of June 25. It turned out that I could send the box by July 6th, which put my mind at ease. The box was finally sent to the seller and delivered on July 2nd. However, in the middle of the process PayPal closed the case in favor of the seller, I contacted them and PayPal reopened the case appealing several times and finally, even with the item returned, PayPal closed the case in favor of the seller. I have already contacted PayPal several times and the first time I was told that they could not reopen the dispute, after many explanations and proof that the mistake was made by PayPal and not by me PayPal asked me to wait for the dispute to be reopened. 15 days have passed, the seller has the product back in his hands, he hasn't replied to me and PayPal hasn't commented on the case. What can I do? Does anyone have any ideas to help me get PayPal to reopen this case and analyze the evidence that I did my part?
