Cant withdraw money from my account

Hi.

 

When I try to withdraw money to my bank account, I get transferred to a new page that says "Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later."

 

When I click the balance on my mobile application and choose to withdraw, it only allows me to send the money. It doesn't lead me to the page that I normally land on when I'm withdrawing.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble to withdraw the funds. It appears that you are facing a technical issue, please try to withdraw the funds by logging into your account on the web browser as you are facing issue on the mobile application. However, if you are still facing issue please try contacting our support.
