Cant withdraw money from my account

Hi.
When I try to withdraw money to my bank account, I get transferred to a new page that says "Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later."
When I click the balance on my mobile application and choose to withdraw, it only allows me to send the money. It doesn't lead me to the page that I normally land on when I'm withdrawing.

It appears that you are facing a technical issue, please try to withdraw the funds by logging into your account on the web browser as you are facing issue on the mobile application.
