Cant checkout on Paypal via Debit/Credit Card!

Hi,

Whenever I am trying to checkout to my Paypal via my Debit/Credit card (not linked with my PayPal business account), I am always getting the following error:

I dont understand, I am entering all the details of the card correctly. Before when I was checking, it was working fine, but now I cant test via my Debit/Credit card not linked with my PayPal business' account.

Please can someone guide me, are there any regulations change or something I am missing!

I am sorry to know about the issue you're facing while checking out via Debit card.  please be advised that to provide a safer online payment network, every action through PayPal is reviewed before it's approved. Occasionally, an action won't go through due to the various precautions we take to improve the transaction safety. In this case, please try to clear cache and cookies or try using different browser or device. As per the information that you're shared, it could be possible that you should have entered incorrect details mistakenly such as the name, CVV, expiry date or etc. Make sure to type the exact same way and same details mentioned on the card. If the issue still perists, you may contact the card issuer to see if there are any issues on their end.
