I'm currently having issues with confirmation of my card on paypal. It won't let me make purchases even after the confirmation since it says me to contact the card issuer.I would be grateful if somebody could help me regarding this matter.

I am sorry to know that you're having issue while making a payment after confirming your card and I understand this can be concerning. As per the information that you have shared , it seems like your card issue is not allowing the payment to go through. In this case, I would recommend you to contact your financial institution to check if there are any issues on their end.
