Hello. My customer got many time the message. You can't send the money now. Your receiptant can't accept payment right now. Why is that happened and how we can solve it? Thank you

What country are they in?
What currency were they sending?
What option type were they selecting to send the funds?

I have been having the same issue. I am in the US and all my transactions are within the US. Payee's are receiving a message "This Country Doesn't Accept...". I have never had this issue before using Paypal. Right now I have had to resort to sending requests to them in order to get the money.
