Manually Controlling Funds

I had $75 deposited to my account by a friend. That money was applied to a $200 payment the next day. How do I disable this function? I wanted to transfer that money to my bank.

Its a U.S link, your in the U.S aren't you?

I clicked on it and it came up fine however I will copy/paste it for you.

Can I have my balance automatically transferred to my bank account?

Automatic transfers enable you to schedule the withdrawal of your PayPal balance to your bank account at a desired frequency and amount.

To set up Automatic transfers:

  1. Click Finance.
  2. Under Wallet, click Money.
  3. Click More Actions.
  4. Select Set up Auto Transfers.
  5. Select which bank account, the frequency, and the amount, and follow the instructions.

You can set a minimum balance to ensure that there’s sufficient money in your account for refunds, purchases, etc.

If you'd like to turn it off in the future, here's how:

  1. Go to Money.
  2. Click the arrow next to your primary currency.
  3. Click the button to turn off "Automatic transfers."
